My Bluesky posts

  • Wed, 18:35: I didn't even know who Charlie Kirk was before today.

And that was as it should be, or at least as it should have been with all of us. The guy deserved to be ignored by all, to be treated as inconsequential, to fade into obscurity.

HE DID NOT DESERVE TO DIE.

I am very aware of him now. And why? Because some dipshit shot and killed the guy. What the fuck did the gunman think he was accomplishing? This is precisely why I have always said I had no desire for President Fuckwit to be killed—because it would only give him more power as a martyr, making him an unassailable hero to millions.

And that's what's happening with Charlie Kirk now. This is why political violence has no place here. It never has the effect the perpetrator thinks it will. (Mind you, and I don't give a shit if it upsets anyone that I bring this up, President Fuckwit has long been openly encouraging political violence. Where the hell do you think that's taking us?)

This is a no-win situation. I won't celebrate a guy I thought was vile just because he's dead, but I'm sure as shit not going to celebrate the guy who shot him. All he did was do his part in making things worse for every single one of us.
