  • Fri, 13:20: Um. Yes. Because Bellevue and Kirkland are both *suburbs*, and are indeed, by definition, small cities. Bellevue having a local skyline that punches above its weight does not change that.

    Side note: my many standards, *Seattle* is a small city. And Bellevue has 1/5 the population of Seattle. So locals "guffawing" over the New York Times calling Bellevue a small city just sound like country hillbillies.

    Idiotic articles like this are why people don't read newspapers anymore.
