Thu, 05:27: This trip to Amsterdam was my first traveling so far east first, and the jet lag has been way worse than either of the trips to Australia were—even though the time difference was the same (just in different directions). This shit is killing me. It must have taken 9 days for me to get used to the European time zone; we've been back 2 nights now and I still cannot sleep through the night. It's a little crazy making.
